We are looking for an IT Support Technician – Level N2 to join a corporate IT environment, providing second-level technical support with a strong focus on networking.
🎯 Requirements
• Cisco CCNA certification (mandatory)
• Fluent English, especially for spoken communication
• Previous experience as an N2 Support Technician or similar role
• Solid knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, and end-user support
