Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4+ years of IT support experience with at least 2 years in a Level 3 role. Strong expertise in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. Experience with SharePoint Online support and configuration. Solid understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Desirable Requirements
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online. Experience working with enterprise-level ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira. Knowledge in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks. Understanding of ITIL processes.
